On November 30, 2021, the City Council approved Resolution No. 15841 Certifying a Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Alameda 2040 General Plan Update. Pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines sections 15162 and 15163, none of the circumstances necessitating further CEQA review or preparation of a new EIR are present.
