A public hearing to consider a Use Permit to allow outdoor seating and extended business hours for an existing winery at Alameda Point.  The outdoor seating will occupy the paved area in front of the building.  The proposed extended business hours are from 10:00 p.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, where the standard permitted business hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. seven days a week.
