CEQA Determination: The City Council is considering this matter on appeal and depending on the action taken by City Council at the public hearing, it may adopt, modify, or overturn the initial CEQA determination or require some further action. The appealed Use Permit was originally determined to be categorically exempt from additional environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 (Existing Facilities) and 15183 (project consistent with General Plan and Zoning).
