This item is to discuss board member announcements for the Social Service Human Relations Board (SSHRB) meeting. SSHRB President Scott Means will share a list of Alameda Volunteer Opportunities that are available for use by the City of Alameda public.
BACKGROUND
The Social Service Human Relations Board (SSHRB) oversees the City’s social services programs, including those designed to alleviate homelessness in Alameda and help individuals and families currently experiencing homelessness.
DISCUSSION
This item is for discussion purposes only. At the meeting, SSHRB President Scott Means will provide a verbal announcement of the completed Alameda Volunteer Opportunities list and share the list in the meeting.
