EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Staff are recommending the Board reschedule their October meeting to accommodate a SSHRB committee event for all committee members to be able to attend. Staff is recommending the Board combine the last two meetings of the year into one early December meeting, this follows what has been practiced in previous years.
BACKGROUND
Staff are recommending the Board reschedule their October meeting to accommodate a SSHRB committee event for all committee members to be able to attend. Staff is recommending the Board combine the last two meetings of the year into one early December meeting, this follows what has been practiced in previous years.
DISCUSSION
Staff are recommending the following meetings are rescheduled to the proposed new dates. The time will be the usual 7pm meeting time and the location will remain at City Hall.
1. Original meeting date: Thursday, October 23rd
a. New proposed date: Wednesday, October 22nd
2. Original meeting date: November/December (no set scheduled meetings for these months)
a. New proposed date: Thursday, December 4th
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommend the Board accept the proposed meeting changes.
