APPOINTING JOHN LIPP AS A MEMBER OF THE
COMMISSION ON PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-19.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor, John Lipp hereby appointed to the office of member of the Commission on the Persons with Disabilities of the City of Alameda for a partial-term commencing April 1, 2025, and expiring on June 30, 2026, and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-13.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Lily Boris hereby appointed to the office of member of the Commission on the Persons with Disabilities of the City of Alameda for a partial-term commencing April 1, 2025, and expiring on June 30, 2027, and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.
