Commissioner Weitze made a motion (*4:53) to approve the minutes and Commissioner Suthanthira seconded the motion. A vote was taken, and the motion passed 4-0 with Commissioner Nachtigall abstaining due to her absence from the meeting.

6A. 2024-3997 - Adopt City of Alameda Transportation Commission Resolution
Recognizing the Service of Tina Yuen (Action)
Chair Soules acknowledged Vice Chair Yuen’s contributions and Vice Chari Yuen joined the meeting via Zoom (*6:39).

Chair Soules made a motion to adopt the resolution (*9:07) and Commissioner Nachtigall seconded the motion and echoed Chair Soules sentiments. A vote was taken, and the motion passed 5-0.
6B. 2024-3998 - Receive Presentation on the Social Service Human Relations Board’s 2023 Community Needs Assessment Report (Discussion)
The President, Scott Means, and Vice President, Samantha Green, of the Social Service Human Relation Board gave a presentation (*11:36).
