Approve 2026 Transportation Commission Meeting Calendar (Action)

To: Honorable Chair and Members of the Transportation Commission
The regular Transportation Commission schedule is the fourth Wednesday every other month on the odd numbered months at 6:30 pm. Commissioners are also expected to hold the fourth Wednesday of even months in case needed for special meetings.
In 2026, Staff recommend the regular schedule with exceptions noted below. The schedule includes a regular meeting in July to avoid the City Council recess in August. (In past years, the Transportation Commission has held meetings in August instead of July to avoid school summer break.)
2026 Schedule
• January 28
• February 25 (additional regular meeting to review the Transportation Annual Report & Work Plan)
• March 25
• May 20 (third Wednesday to avoid Eid al-Adha)
• July 22
• September 23
• November 18 (third Wednesday to avoid the Thanksgiving holiday)

Approve the 2026 Transportation Commission meeting calendar.
