Adoption of Resolution Amending the City of Alameda Salary Schedule for the Rent Program Director. (City Attorney)
Body

To: Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council

From: Yibin Shen, City Attorney

This review showed that the Rent Program Director position is now approximately 8% below comparable positions at the Housing Authority and internal fellow Department Directors.

Additionally, in a separate but related Staff Report, the City Manager has recommended moving Department Directors within the EXME group from a 37.5 hour work week to a 40 hour work week.

DISCUSSION
