CITY OF ALAMEDA ORDINANCE NO. _____

AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LEASE FOR A RETAIL SUITE PORTION OF THE HISTORIC ALAMEDA THEATER BUILDING, WITH SHEAR TERROR, LLC DBA IT'LL DO, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, LOCATED AT 2315 CENTRAL AVENUE, SUITE 122, ALAMEDA CALIFORNIA, FOR A TERM OF SIXTY-THREE MONTHS WITH ONE EXTENSION OPTION FOR SIXTY MONTHS

WHEREAS, the City-owned Historic Alameda Theater (the "Premises") is located at 2315 Central Avenue; and

WHEREAS, the City and Shear Terror, LLC dba It'll Do, a California Limited Liability Company ("It'll Do") have negotiated a lease with an initial term of sixty-three (63) months with one option for one sixty (60) month renewal.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Alameda does hereby ordain as follows:
