CITY OF ALAMEDA HISTORICAL ADVISORY BOARD
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2025

1. ROLL CALL

Present: Chair Hernandez and Board Members Bevan, Crotty and Brito.
Absent: None

3-A 2025-5495 - Approve Draft Meeting Minutes - October 2, 2025 (Continued from the November 6, 2025, Meeting)

Board Member Crotty made a motion (*1:37) to approve October 2nd, 2025, meeting minutes, and Board Member Bevan seconded the motion. A vote was taken and the minutes passed 4-0. (Board Member Brito had been absent from the meeting but had watched the meeting video and reviewed the minutes).

Board Member Bevan made a motion (*2:41) to approve the November 6th, 2025, meeting minutes, and Board Member Brito seconded the motion. A vote was taken and the minutes passed 3-0 with Board Member Crotty in abstention due to his absence at the meeting.

4-A 2025-5587 PLN25-0664 - Tilden Way - Applicant: City of Alameda Public Works Department. Public hearing to consider a Certificate of Approval to allow the removal of three existing Coast Live Oak (Quercus agrifolia) trees that are approximately eighteen, fourteen, & fourteen inches in diameter at four and one-half feet above the ground, respectively, located within the public land area along Tilden Way as part of the Clement/Tilden Improvement Project.
