EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This item is to approve the Economic Development Advisory Panel’s (EDAP) meeting schedule for the remainder of 2025.
BACKGROUND
At its December 11, 2024, meeting, EDAP decided to meet on a quarterly basis in 2025. This staff report is to recommend meeting dates for 2025, to determine any potential scheduling conflicts, and to reschedule the meeting as necessary.
DISCUSSION
At its December 11, 2024, meeting, EDAP decided to meet on a quarterly basis in 2025. In subsequent emails to EDAP members, staff proposed the meeting dates below (the first Wednesday of every third month) and polled members as to their availability. Seven of the 11 members replied:
Staff recommend that EDAP reviews the proposed dates to determine potential conflicts that would inhibit public participation and reschedule the meetings accordingly with EDAP’s approval.
Staff also seeks EDAP’s ideas for discussion items at future meetings.
Recommendation
Staff recommend that EDAP reviews and approves specific meeting dates for the remainder of 2025.
