ENVIRONMENTAL
DETERMINATION: The project is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 - Class 1 - Existing Facilities and Section 15183, Projects Consistent with General Plan and Zoning. The exemption applies to the operation, repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, or equipment where the project involves negligible or no expansion of use beyond what previously existed. The space was previously used as an exercise facility. No additional environmental review is required.
