MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2025

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

Mitch Ball (*2:17) discussed his thoughts on congestion that would be caused by the Oakland Alameda Access Project. He wanted the City to enforce the "parking cash out law" he went into detail how the city could do this.

Board Member Tsou made a motion to accept May 27, 2025, meeting minutes and Board Member Saheba seconded the motion. A vote was taken and the motion passed 6-0.
