BACKGROUND:
Standing agenda item for the Commissioners to discuss public engagement at past or future events. Commissioners may share plans or ideas with one another and develop strategies and action steps for continued community involvement. Participation in any community events are at the discretion of the Commission and may be used to build awareness of the Commission and its purpose as an advisory body to the Alameda City Council.
