Summary Title: Approve Submission of Five Grant Applications Totaling $5.03 Million to the Alameda County Transportation Commission and Adopt the Following Separate Resolutions:
1. Adoption of Resolution Authorizing the Filing of an Application for Alameda County Transportation Commission Administered Funding for the Priority Plan Implementation with Paving: West End Corridors Project and Committing Any Necessary Matching Funds and Stating Assurances to Complete the Project;
2. Adoption of Resolution Authorizing the Filing of an Application for Alameda County Transportation Commission Administered Funding for the Neighborhood Greenways Phase 2 Implementation Project and Committing Any Necessary Matching Funds and Stating Assurances to Complete the Project;
3. Adoption of Resolution Authorizing the Filing of an Application for Alameda County Transportation Commission Administered Funding for the Grand Street Safety Improvements: Phase 3 Project and Committing Any Necessary Matching Funds and Stating Assurances to Complete the Project;
4. Adoption of Resolution Authorizing the Filing of an Application for Alameda County Transportation Commission Administered Funding for the Wooden Bridge Replacement Feasibility Study and Committing Any Necessary Matching Funds and Stating Assurances to Complete the Project; and
5. Adoption of Resolution Authorizing the Filing of an Application for Alameda County Transportation Commission Administered Funding for the Alameda High School-School Safety Assessment Implementation Project and Committing Any Necessary Matching Funds and Stating Assurances to Complete the Project.
For Priority Plan Implementation with Paving: West End Corridors and Alameda High School Safety Assessment: The projects are categorically exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines section 15301(c) Existing Facilities (Minor alterations to existing facilities including bicycle facilities).
