1. City Manager provides update on Covid-19 trends in the City of Alameda, showing trends with respect to monthly new and cumulative cases.
2. City Manager provides update on Covid-19 outreach and enforcement efforts approved by the City Council in 2020, showing monthly trends with respect to new and cumulative outreach and enforcement efforts.
3. Direct City Manager to step-up outreach even more (above typical daily\weekly\monthly outreach levels) during the month of May, especially in the weeks and days leading-up to the Memorial Day weekend, in an effort to (a) stave-off much-discussed "fourth wave", and (b) assist national efforts toward meeting President Biden's July 4th "small gatherings" Covid-19 goal.
