PROPOSAL SUMMARY:

Ground Floor Dwelling Units
The project site was developed in 2003 as a 50-unit hotel at the southeast corner of the intersection of Webster Street and Pacific Avenue. The existing building fronts directly onto Webster Street with a parking lot located behind the building that is accessible via a driveway on Pacific Avenue.
