Access to the wharf has since remained closed. As directed by City Council, this report recommends the authorization of an agreement to complete maintenance on the wharf that will enable the reopening of an eight-foot-wide band of the wharf to pedestrian and bicycle traffic until a full retrofit of the wharf can be completed.
