MEETING OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA PLANNING BOARD
MONDAY, MAY 27, 2025

1. ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
* Members of the public can participate in person or remotely via Zoom.

Present: President Cisneros and Board Members Hom, Saheba, and Tsou.
Absent: Vice President Ariza Board Members Ruiz and Wang

2. AGENDA CHANGES

Item 5-C was continued "off calendar" to a future agenda, this item was continued at 5/19/25 at 9am.

Item 5-A was moved to the Consent Calendar at 5/27/25 at 10am.

None.


4. CONSENT CALENDAR

4-A 2025-5036 - Draft Meeting Minutes - May 12, 2025

There was not a quorum to vote on the minutes. Minutes were carried over to the next meeting.

5-A (4-B) 2025-5090 - General Plan Conformance: Conduct a Public Hearing to Make a Determination that the Proposed Fiscal Year 2025-26 and 2026-2027 Capital Budget is Consistent with the General Plan. CEQA Determination: Not a Project.

Board Member Hom made a motion (*6:05) to adopt the General Plan Conformance item and Board Member Tsou seconded the motion. A vote was taken and the motion passed 4-0.
