BACKGROUND
The Public Works Department's FY13-14 Capital Improvement Program includes the eleventh phase of the City's annual cyclic sewer repair program to replace deteriorated sewer mains and lower laterals. Repair locations are identified through closed circuit television inspection and frequency of maintenance responses to sanitary sewer overflows. * Bay Street, from Central Avenue to End (South);
* Paru Street, from Central Avenue to Clinton Avenue;
* Sherman Street, from San Antonio Avenue to End (South);
* St. Charles Street, from San Antonio Avenue to End (South);
* Hawthorne Street, from San Antonio Avenue to End (South);
* Pacific Avenue, from Main Street/Central Avenue to Fourth Street;
* Lincoln Avenue, from Eighth Street to Grand Street;
