CITY OF ALAMEDA HISTORICAL ADVISORY BOARD
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2024

1. ROLL CALL

Present: Chair Sanchez, Vice Chair Jones and Board Member Rybarczyk
Absent: Board Members Borthwick and Hernandez*

*Board Member Hernandez had communicated that he was running late but would be there.

2. NON-AGENDA PUBLIC COMMENT

Chair Sanchez (*0:44) reminded public speakers to keep their comments civil and to refrain from attacking city staff, board members, applicants and other presenters.

4-A 2024-4609 - PLN24-0434 - 2350 Saratoga Avenue - Certificate of Approval to Develop an Outdoor Dining Facility Adjacent to the Existing Historic Building. Public hearing to consider a request to develop an outdoor dining patio with a new kitchen and restroom structure, perimeter fence, landscaping, lighting, food trucks, and other site work adjacent to the Storehouse Lofts Building along Saratoga Avenue, within the NAS Alameda Historic District at Alameda Point; this project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines 15183
