REAPPOINTING FAYLEEN ALLEN AS A MEMBER OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Health and Safety Code 34270, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Fayleen Allen is hereby reappointed to the office of member of the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners of the City of Alameda commencing April 1, 2014, and expiring on June 30, 2016, and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of April, 2014, by the following vote to wit:
