AMENDING ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER VI, SECTIONS 6-7.2(a), 6-7.2(b) AND 6-7.5(k), AND ADDING SECTIONS 6-7.5(a)6 AND 6-7.5(e) TO REVISE THE WEBSTER STREET BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREA (BIA) BOUNDARIES AND SETTING A NEW BIA SURCHARGE FEE FOR LARGE, SINGLE, STAND-ALONE RETAIL STORES
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Alameda that:
Section 1. The Alameda Municipal Code is amended by changing sections 6-7.2(a), 6-7.2(b) and 6-7.5(k) in Chapter VI as follows (see underline):
6-7 REGULATIONS FOR ALAMEDA BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREA.
6-7.2 Area Established; Description.
There is hereby established a business improvement area which shall be known as the "Alameda Business Improvement Area of the City of Alameda", herein referred to as the "Area" for brevity and convenience. The description of the Area is as follows:
