APPOINTING BRUCE EDWARDS AS A MEMBER OF THE
PENSION BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1079, New Series, as amended by Ordinance No. 1085, New Series, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Bruce Edwards is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Pension Board of the City of Alameda for a term commencing January 20, 2015, and expiring on June 30, 2019, and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.
