BACKGROUND
 
Council asked to meet with professional recruitment firms to discuss their qualifications and the procedure for hiring a new City Manager.  Today, Avery & Associates and Bob Murray & Associates have each been allotted thirty minutes each to discuss their process and answer questions regarding their proposals.
 
DISCUSSION
 
The firms will present their proposals in the following order:
 
5:00 Avery & Associates
5:30 Bob Murray & Associates
 
Attached are the materials that have been received from the presenters.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
 
There is no financial impact resulting from recruitment firm presentations.
 
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
