APPOINTING LAURA GIUNTINI AS A MEMBER OF THE
PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-6.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Laura Giuntini is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Public Utilities Board of the City of Alameda commencing July 7, 2015, and expiring on June 30, 2019, and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.
