PLN15-0030 615 Haight Avenue (Action Date 6-29-15)

The project consists of raising an existing one-story residence a total of three (3) feet to conve1i the existing crawl space into a new habitable bottom floor. The resultant overall height of the structure will be twenty-one (21) feet tall. The new bottom floor will create 1,135 square feet of habitable space and the total size of the house will be 2,314 square feet. Associated improvements will include the removal of the existing chimney and the addition of new windows on the bottom floor along the front and side elevations. The project is located within an R-4 (Neighborhood Residential) zoning district.

PLN15-0240 2320 Blanding Avenue (Action Date 7-14-15)

The project consists of revisions to the existing parking plan that will result in an increase in one vehicle parking space and six bicycle parking spaces. The proposal will also include a revised landscaping and irrigation plan for improved sustainability on the property. The project is located within an NP-W (North Park Street - Workplace) zoning district.

PLN15-0264 1 Clubhouse Memorial Road (Action Date 7-14-15)

The project consists of the removal of three existing inactive antennas from the tower and replacement with three new antennas, removal and replacement of an existing equipment cabinet, and installation of coaxial cable and six tower mounted amplifiers.
