On August 26, 2015, Staff made a decision to approve the following Certificate of Approval:
PLN15-0350 2414 San Jose Avenue
The project consists of the demolition of approximately 170 square feet of an existing 522 square foot garage built prior to 1942. The project site will continue to be served by adequate off-street parking. The property is located in the R-5 (One-Family Residence) Zoning District.
