MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
TUESDAY- -SEPTEMBER 22, 2015- -6:00 P.M.
Mayor Spencer convened the meeting at 6:02 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie and Mayor Spencer - 5.
Absent: None.
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(15- ) Public Employee Appointment/Hiring (Government Code Section 54957); Title/description of position to be filled: City Manager
Following the Closed Session the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Spencer announced that no action was taken.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Spencer adjourned the meeting at 7:58 p.m.

Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie and Mayor Spencer - 5.
Absent: None.
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(15- ) Public Employee Appointment/Hiring (Government Code Section 54957); Title/description of position to be filled: City Manager
Following the Closed Session the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Spencer announced that direction was given to staff.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Spencer adjourned the meeting at 7:43 p.m.
