TUESDAY- -NOVEMBER 3, 2015- -6:00 P.M.
Mayor Spencer convened the meeting at 6:03 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie and Mayor Spencer - 5.
[Note: Councilmember Daysog arrived at 6:15 p.m.]
Absent: None.

Discussed her rental situation and expressed concern over realtors giving mold discounts: Athena Burns, Alameda.
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
