APPOINTING MICHAELA TSZTOO AS A MEMBER OF THE COMMISSION ON DISABILITY ISSUES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-19.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Michaela Tsztoo is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Commission on Disability Issues of the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired term of Ethel Warren for a term commencing March 15, 2016, and expiring on June 30, 2017, and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 34270, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Arthur Kurrasch is hereby reappointed to the office of member of the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners of the City of Alameda for a term commencing March 20, 2016, and expiring on June 30, 2020, and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.
