Consider Directing the City Manager to Schedule a Priority Setting Work Session
A priority setting session would give Council and staff an opportunity to share work and set priorities on pending initiatives, projects and programs, including outlining key deadlines. The overview would provide Council the complete picture of all staff work in order to prioritize existing efforts, and understand the impacts of additional requests, including how to best address additional requests.
A special meeting could be called to hold the work session to allow for a thorough public discussion.
