PLN16-0431 - 1310 Central Ave - Nissan Saidian and Leon Zekster: A public hearing to consider a modification to a previously approved Use Permit to allow non-automotive retail sales at an existing gas station. The applicant requests permission for the sale of non-automotive products in an existing 170 square foot cashier's area. This project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15301 - permitting use of existing structures that involves negligible expansion of existing use. Applicant has withdrawn the application.
