MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
TUESDAY- -DECEMBER 20, 2016- -6:15 P.M.
Mayor Spencer convened the meeting at 6:15 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie and Mayor Spencer - 5.
[Note: Councilmember Ezzy Ashcraft arrived at 6:18 p.m. and Councilmember Daysog arrived at 6:25 p.m.]
Absent: None.
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
(16- ) Conference with Legal Counsel Workers' Compensation Claim (Pursuant to Government Code ? 54956.95); Claimant: Robert Haun; Agency claimed against: City of Alameda
Following the Closed Session, the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Spencer announced direction was given to staff.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Spencer adjourned the meeting at 6:51 p.m.
