APPOINTING GERLD SERVENTI AS A MEMBER OF THE
PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-6.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Gerald Serventi is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Public Utilities Board of the City of Alameda for the partial term of Mary Sutter commencing February 7, 2017, and expiring on June 30, 2020, and to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.
