MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
TUESDAY- -JANUARY 3, 2017- -6:00 P.M.

Mayor Spencer convened the meeting at 6:00 p.m.

Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie, Vella and Mayor Spencer - 5. [Note: Councilmember Ezzy Ashcraft arrived at 6:02 p.m.]

Absent: None.

The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:

(17- ) Conference with Real Property Negotiators (Pursuant to Government Code ? 54956.8); PROPERTY: 800 W. Tower Avenue, Alameda Point; CITY NEGOTIATOR: Jennifer Ott, Base Reuse Director; ORGANIZATIONS REPRESENTED: City of Alameda and Bladium Sports & Fitness Club; ISSUE UNDER NEGOTIATION: Real Property Negotiations Price and Terms of Payment.

Following the Closed Session, the meeting was reconvened and Mayor Spencer announced direction was given to staff.

Adjournment

There being no further business, Mayor Spencer adjourned the meeting at 6:45 p.m.
