MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL JOINT CITY COUNCIL AND SUCCESSOR AGENCY
TO THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION (SACIC) MEETING
TUESDAY- -APRIL 4, 2017- -6:59 P.M.
Mayor Spencer convened the meeting at 7:03 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers/Commissioner Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie, Vella and Mayor/Chair Spencer - 5.
Absent: None.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS, NON-AGENDA
None.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Councilmember/Commissioner Matarrese moved approval of the consent calendar.
Vice Mayor/Commissioner Vella seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
(17- SACIC) Minutes of the Special Joint City Council and Successor Agency to the Community Improvement Commission (SACIC) Held on May 17, 2016 and February 7, 2017. Approved.
(17- CC/17- SACIC) Recommendation to Accept the Fiscal Year (FY) 2015-16 Audited Financial Statements and Compliance Reports. Accepted.

There being no further business, Mayor Spencer adjourned the meeting at 7:04 p.m.
