The Council has requested that the SSHRB develop City of Alameda Homeless Policies and Program recommendations for City Council review and input. Community Development staff is supporting the Board in this endeavor. The AHA has graciously offered the services of Danielle Thoe, HCD Systems Analyst, to conduct interviews with stakeholders and assist with researching and drafting the recommended policies and programs language. At this evening’s meeting, Ms. Thoe will report on her progress to-date.
