In December 2017, or as soon as enough meaningful data is available, conduct a workshop/panel discussion involving the City Council, appropriate city staff, WETA (Water Emergency Transportation Authority), BCDC (San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission), AC Transit, and any other relevant agencies/constituencies to report out on the impacts of changes to parking options recently implemented by the City and Harbor Bay Homeowners Associations, including data on the timeliness of transit connections, and possible paths forward to address any negative impacts.
