**Cannabis Dispensaries for medicinal use

Ordinance regulating cannabis business activities is now three ordinances, smoking,  cannabis business regulation and land use amendments.       Development of RFP process and taxation analysis will be next steps.

Council approved an ordinance amending the City’s smoking ordinance and an ordinance regulating cannabis business activity on 11/7/17, adopted 11/21/17.    Planning Board considered amendments to the Zoning Code on 11/13/17.  Recommended Planning Board action will come to Council on 12/5/17.

Establish a SSHRB Immigration and Refugee Support Services Workgroup.  Brought together community organizations to identify immigrant and refugee support services and coordinated on "Know Your Rights" presentation May 31, 2017.

SSHRB work group formed Outreach ongoing Researching transitional housing for refugees.  Amendment approved on 11/21/17 re: CDBG Action Plan with funding to renovate SFU for transitional housing.
