BACKGROUND
The lease between Greenway Golf and the City of Alameda for operation and maintenance of the Chuck Corica Golf Complex, requires that Greenway Golf provide the City with an annual plan. This plan includes highlights from 2017, including rounds and revenues, as well as projections and plans for 2018.
DISCUSSION
The Corica Park Annual Plan is attached as Exhibit 1.
