Re: Review and Recommend Proposed Fees for Alameda Resident, Senior and Junior Golf
BACKGROUND
At its February 13, 2018 meeting, the Golf Commission unanimously approved the South Course Alameda resident fees.
Greenway has now incorporated those approved fees into a larger fee schedule that includes Alameda Resident, Senior and Junior Golf pricing for the North, South and Par-3 Courses.
DISCUSSION
See Exhibit 1 for proposed fees. This is an updated version from what was previously published for the March Golf Commission meeting but not yet discussed since that meeting was canceled for lack of a quorum. The changes include senior rates on the South Course from Monday through Thursday and all days on the North Course and Par 3. Reducing the Juniors rate by $5 from the previous memo for non-Youth on Course Juniors with an option of earlier access on the South Course for higher skill level junior players.
RECOMMENDATION
Discuss and make a recommendation on the proposed fees for Alameda senior, youth and junior golf.
