Notified on March 1, did not move on to Phase 1. -City submitted an Unsheltered Homeless Immediate Impact Grant to Alameda County on Dec. 20. Board of Supervisors to consider grant awards on March 27. -Staff, in partnership w/Wilma Chan’s office, has hosted several meetings re-establishing a Winter Warming Shelter. |
Staff and the Working Group presented the draft Report on Homeless Policies and Procedures to the SSHRB on February 22nd. SSHRB unanimously recommended that the City Council adopt the Report. Based on SSHRB’s recommendation, the report has been forwarded to the City Council for consideration at its March 20 meeting. City Council adopted the report and amended the General Fund budget to fund key program recommendations. Completed. |
