Re: Report on Greenway Golf’s Construction Plan for the North Course
BACKGROUND
On March 6, 2016 the City Council approved an amendment to the Greenway Golf (Greenway) lease that included requirements for Greenway to fully renovate the North Course.
DISCUSSION
Greenway staff will report on their construction plan for the North Course including management, timelines, milestones, and anticipated impact on tournament play for 2018.
RECOMMENDATION
Receive report and discuss on Greenway Golf’s construction plan for the North Course.
