BACKGROUND
At the February 8, 2018 Commission meeting, Assistant City Attorney Michael Roush discussed conflict of interest issues with the Commission. Some Commissioners stated that they believed there was contradictory information from the three memos previously issued to the Commission from the City Attorney’s Office on this topic and asked Mr. Roush to further review and clarify to the Commission.
DISCUSSION
Exhibit 1 is the explanatory memo from Mr. Roush and includes attachments with all previous memos from the City Attorney’s Office.
RECOMMENDATION
Discuss Conflict of Interest in regards to Recreation and Park Commission.
