Title: PLN18-0079 - Design Review and Zoning Text Amendment for an Affordable Housing Development at 727 Buena Vista Avenue - Applicant: Housing Authority of the City of Alameda. The proposed zoning text amendment is exempt under Section 15305, Minor Alterations to Land Use Limitations.
