                     Long-term, senior resident - 19 years living at this unit.

                     No major improvements to this unit except replacing moldy bathroom tiles.

                     Elevator has never worked.

                     On a fixed income - increase would cause a financial hardship. Tenant currently pays almost 80% of income toward rent.

                     Obtained a roommate to help with rent, but still a financial burden.

                     Is currently looking into low-income senior housing and Section 8, but waitlists are long.

                     Concerned about being made homeless
