MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
TUESDAY- -JULY 10, 2018- -4:00 P.M.
Mayor Spencer convened the meeting at 4:01 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Councilmembers Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie, Vella and Mayor Spencer - 5.
[Note: Vice Mayor Vella was present via teleconference from the Hilton Minneapolis, 1001 Marquette Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55403]
Absent: None.
The meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:

Following the Closed Session, the meeting was reconvened and the City Clerk announced that regarding Ginsburg and Boatworks, the City Council received an update on the cases status; regarding Boatworks, the Council unanimously voted to approve a settlement with direction for notice to the codefendant.
