EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Every year, the Council is required to adopt a resolution setting the meeting dates for the following year. In 2019, City Council meetings will be held on the first and third Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m., except the first meeting in January, which will be on Wednesday. There will be no meetings in August.
BACKGROUND
Section 3-7 (B) of the Charter requires that the City Council adopt a resolution setting the dates of its regular meetings in December of the preceding year.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no financial impact from setting regular Council meeting dates.
